Does Sellecca Solution really work?

Yes! In a six (6) week clinical study, 92.7% of women had a noticeable decrease in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Studies showed that over 96% had smoother, suppler skin, with an 88% increase in moisture. Of course, individual results may vary.

Is Sellecca Solution sold in stores?

Can I make changes to my Sellecca Solution Club Membership online?

Yes, by logging into your account you can update your billing information and customize your kit.
Login to your ACTIVE account by going to www.sellecca.com – once there click on the ONLINE STORE (red) link on the top left/hand side, this will bring you to our store home page. The club member login is on the top right/hand side of the page. In order to access this, you will need your member # and last name on the account.
*An active account is one that is setup to receive automatic shipments on a regular basis.

My product smells and looks different, is it safe to use this product?

Your Sellecca Solution products are made with the finest ingredient. You may detect a small variation from one shipment to another. This is due to a seasonal fluctuation of climate conditions when the natural ingredients are harvested. Please be assured that a variation will not affect performance, and you will continue to experience the extraordinary results on which you have come to rely. Expect the same benefits that you have previously enjoyed in your daily routing of using Sellecca Solution skin care.

Why does Sellecca Solution not offer a toner as part of the skin care system?

If you are using a good cleanser, it should not be disturbing the ph balance of your skin and you should not need another step to clean your face. Most astringents contain a large amount of alcohol which will dry and irritate your skin. Connie believes that inflammation causes aging. If you wipe your skin with astringent on a cotton ball and see dirt on the cotton ball, your cleanser did not do its job. Connie does not believe in using extra steps in her daily regime, especially anything that could irritate. Don't forget that most companies want you to be convinced that you should buy more products…that is how they get more of your money! Her daily system is all you need for healthy, younger looking skin. Two steps cleanse and moisturize. Connie has not used an astringent in over 20 years.

Does Sellecca Solution offer a facial scrub or mask?

Connie does not believe in using masks or scrubs. She feels that they are not necessary for healthy skin, and really who has the time? She is confident you will absolutely love the benefits of her line. Don't forget that most companies want you to be convinced that you should buy more products. That is how they get more of your money! Her daily system is all you need for healthy, younger looking skin. Two steps cleanse and moisturize.

Does Sellecca Solution contain parabens (aka petroleum based ingredients)?

Sellecca Solution skin care was created with the very safest, most gentle and effective ingredients, some of which are petroleum based. While the source of an ingredient is important, we hope that the negative press regarding parabens will not discourage you from trying our skin care line. Our preservatives are food grade, and our products do not contain any artificial perfumes, colors, or harsh alpha-hydroxyl acids.

Does the Sellecca Solution contain formaldehyde?

Formaldehyde is not listed as an ingredient in any product in our skin care line. However, we still do not recommend our products to someone with an allergic reaction to formaldehyde as it is possible that at times some of the raw materials may come to us preserved with some of the formaldehyde components or donors. Our vendors know this is something that is of great concern to us and we try to be vigilant, but it is very difficult to monitor and control.

What is propylene glycol? What does it do? What are the risks?

Propylene glycol is a derivative of natural gas. It is commonly used in a variety of consumer products and food products, including deodorants, pharmaceuticals, moisturizing lotions, and fat free ice cream and sour cream products. Propylene glycol helps form the base for some deodorants and cosmetic products. Sodium stearate (aka soap) is the ingredient that causes products to "gel" or take on a form that is more viscous or solid. Once suspended in a gel, the other products can be properly applied in the manner consumers expect.
Propylene glycol is considered a safe and appropriate ingredient not just for cosmetic products, but also ingested products like food and pharmaceuticals. It is on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s list of ingredients which are Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) and is recognized also by the World Health Organization as being safe for use. There have been claims made that Propylene glycol is an appropriate ingredient for cosmetics and foods because it because it can be used in products like anti freeze which one would not want to consume. Such observations are well intended but ultimately not very informative. It is ethylene glycol which is more common ingredient in antifreeze and which is, in fact, highly toxic.

Will the lip balm ever be made in a stick?

No, a stick is a mold and it takes a lot more wax and unnecessary artificial ingredients to make a stick than it does a pour. You can rub the excess on your cuticles. We don’t recommend sharing the lip balm with others.

Does Connie use these products?

Connie uses all our products but the following are her favorites: the Facial Cleanser with Chamomile, Miracle Formula, Lite Moisturizer Weightless Formula, and Critical Care Eye Cream. Connie also uses the Sellecca Shine Hair Spa Shine Shampoo, Sellecca Shine Hair Spa Shine Conditioner and the Cool Beige Dual Finish Foundation.

Can I customize my kit?

Customizing your kit is easy. You can call us and we can help you pick the best options available or you can customize your kit online if you are an active member.
Here are the customization options:

Shipment Spacing Options

Sellecca Solution club members generally receive their product every 3 months. There are customers that use the product faster or slower than 3 months so we give them the option of receiving the product every 1,2,3,4,5, or 6 months. You have the choice! Call us now to change your shipment intervals!

Customizing Kit Options

Some of our customers prefer to customize their kit each time they receive a kit. We give them the following options:
A. 0 Miracle Formula and four (4) items of their choice
B. 1 Miracle Formula and three (3) items of their choice
C. 2 Miracle Formula and one (1) item of their choice
The Miracle Formula is our most popular product so we base the customizing around it. Most customers choose option B. You are able to customize every single kit – just call us prior to your kit shipping and we can add, change, or remove any products you wish!

Do you animal test?

No, Sellecca Solution products have not been tested on animals and are cruelty free.
